Client

Enterprise analytics platform with strong focus on data-driven product development.

Role Context

• Objective is to accelerate requirements definition and documentation for development teams
  • Introduce higher precision in delivery through AI-assisted and spec-driven development approaches
  • Role contributes to Product capabilities but reports into Technical workstreams

Responsibilities

• Define and document requirements with high clarity and precision
  • Work closely with engineering teams (near “pairing” model)
  • Collaborate with Product Owner (acting as proxy, without ownership)
  • Engage with internal stakeholders only
  • Contribute to spec-driven development practices

Requirements

• Strong Business Analyst fundamentals
  • Solid understanding of BA processes
  • Familiarity or strong interest in spec-driven development
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management (internal)

Additional Context

• Product team is not yet onboarded to AI / spec-driven development

• These roles are expected to act as strong execution examples for AI-driven workflows
  • No domain/industry experience required; focus is on strong BA capability
  • Roles sit within technical workstreams rather than Product
  • Close collaboration with engineering leadership and technical leads
