About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead DevOps & Integration Platform Engineer to drive the architecture, automation, and operational excellence of our cloud infrastructure and application delivery processes. This role involves working closely with development, testing, and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable solutions.

As the technical lead, you will define best practices, guide DevOps initiatives, and ensure smooth integration between systems and services in a modern cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

• Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.

• Manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker Swarm) and ensure optimal performance and scalability.

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps, ensuring efficient build, test, and deployment processes.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Atlantis, and AWS CloudFormation.

• Utilize Argo CD and Kustomize for GitOps workflows and Kubernetes configuration management.

• Implement HELM charts for application deployments.

• Manage and optimize network and security concepts including VPN, Firewalls, TLS/SSL, and ingress controllers (Kong – can be learned in project).

• Work with identity and access management tools (OAuth2, Keycloak).

• Oversee logging, monitoring, and observability solutions such as Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.

• Collaborate on development and debugging processes using Shell, Go, Bash, Python, .NET/C#, Java (Maven).

• Integrate and maintain message brokering systems (Kafka).

• Apply DevSecOps practices including security scanning (SonarQube), secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), and compliance frameworks (DORA).

• Perform incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure service reliability.
